You need to assist the customers throughout their shopping process, from initial consultation on the type of products required for their home style or needs to budget discussion and final purchase. Your other responsibilities include providing detailed insights on sales, keeping customer records, and converting potential leads into customers. The ideal candidate must have the proper knack for interacting with customers to help them make a purchase decision or resolve their concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and interact with customers who have requested product purchases and discuss the requirements.
- Answer all customer queries and assist them in proceeding with their requirements.
- Execute purchases of doors or windows while ensuring quality and precision in the installation process by our team.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues that may arise professionally.
